Please contact us within 14 days after your confirmation email to use the guarantee. You can easily log in to your “Account” and select “Subscription” in the sidebar and fill in the form.

How many email accounts can I have?

Right now you can have up to 10 email accounts.

Do you offer more themes than the default one?

Unfortunately at the moment we only offer one theme for each setup. The idea is for you to customize the theme and create your own unique site. This way you can learn about WordPress quickly.

How do I request for more plugins/features/functions?

You can describe what your website needs and we will come up with a solution with “Premium + Functional Support”. However, you will be limited to 2 requests per month. This is to ensure your site is stable and wouldn’t crash because of too many plugins.

If you want to install plugins yourself, you can request full access to your WordPress site. However, be sure that you have the right support and enough knowledge about WordPress before making any changes. You can request it in “Request” under “Account”.

How do I cancel auto-renewal?

You can log in to your “Account” and select “Subscription” in the sidebar and fill in the form. Or use the contact form in “Contact” with subject “Auto-renewal”
